Hanauma Bay with all the kids. The first snorkle out we saw a sea turtle!!!

The view from where I was lying in the sand.
The boys snorkeling.
My daughter texting on her phone.

Smores on the front porch.

A man of war jellyfish. They come in swarms to Bellow's Beach. I had one wrap itself around my arm three times my first month on the island. The only thing that kept me frying screaming was my pride.

A crab my son caught.

Taking Grandma to a luau.
Having family back in the states wake us up at 4:30 am to tell us a Tsunami is on the way to Hawaii from Chili. We spent the whole morning packing and prepping. We went up on the hill where all the families were having a big tail gate party waiting for the big show to hit. At zero hour - nothing.
